Delivery/Return Policy

Carmen's Bridal does not deliver (currently as 01/01/2025) or ship any rental items.

Bride must be present at pick up/delivery with State ID
RETURN: bride has the option of shipping the rental items with her choice of delivery method as long as we are giving tracking information.
Carmen's Bridal does not assume any shipping cost. Bride understands that shipping cost is at her discretion.
If any damages or losses during shipping transit - bride understands financial responsibility - best to have package insured
